Casa Rojo, designed for Ranjeet and Maria Jacob, is one of Benny Kuriakose's nature-friendly housing projects that has enjoyed the warmth of the spotlight, having been named one of White Flag Publications' "50 Beautiful Houses in India." Casa Rojo, a lovely, cost-effective and eco-friendly beach house situated on the outskirts of Chennai showcases a design strategy fine-tuned to the climate conditions of the place. The essence of Casa Rojo was to create a space that would exemplify the feelings of well-being and tranquillity.
