Pechchu Kachcheri 2016, Tamil Heritage Trust
During the last weekend, I listened to most of the lectures in the Pechchu Kachcheri organised by Tamil Heritage Trust. Although I have been in the field of architectural conservation for more than 25 years, I realised that our knowledge about many of our monuments are much less. These talks were very useful to me and opened my eyes towards different dimensions of art and architecture, although I did not understand some of the talks since they were in Tamil. Similar workshops will be very useful for the students of architecture and architects, although I did not find many of them. Thanks very much for all the speakers for making me aware of the different aspects of Mamallapuram.
