We are getting many applications for jobs and internships every month. Most of them sent the application three or more times, sometimes even more. With so many colleges, this will be the case with most of the firms. Many aspirants are keen on joining the office.

We are now hiring Engineers, Architects, Content Writers and Graphic Designers. We are looking for passionate, ambitious, and talented candidates.

We are now inviting applications, which offer an opportunity for young professionals and are open to recent graduates in the disciplines of architects, civil engineers, content writers, and graphic designers.

Our work encompasses more than just architectural projects; it also includes research, writing, audio-visual presentations, 3D images, photo editing, publications, website designing and its development, social media, etc.

We use a flat hierarchy structure at Benny Kuriakose and Associates, where everyone is treated equally in terms of work and responsibilities. This helps to bridge the gap between senior and younger employees and fosters a more collaborative work atmosphere. Selected candidates will be exposed to various jobs and skills in the office. Opportunities for proper training and equipping of these skills will also be provided. There will be regular reviews regarding the candidate's performance, and necessary guidance will be provided to attain steady progress. The performance on each task will be checked and measured using a thorough monitoring system.

Who can apply?

Graduates are eligible to apply. We are looking for graduates who are really passionate in working with us, interested in learning and motivated. We try to improve the skills of employees who have talent and passion. We encourage them to use the right side of the brain.

The selected candidates will have an internship period for one and half months, in which the interns will work on real projects and tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals. The performance during this time period will be thoroughly monitored. The candidate will be appointed as an employee of the organization after this time period. It will be done based on an evaluation of your performance during the first one and half months and with the mutual acceptance of both the intern and employer.

A stipend of Rs. 9000/- will be provided during the initial period of one and half months. After that, a hike of Rs. 3000/- will be made once in three months The candidate’s performance will be reviewed and evaluated every regularly and and the candidates are expected to show steady progress. Depending on the performance, the salary increase of Rs. 3000/- every three months (12,000/- ; 15,000/- ; 18,000/- etc.). will continue upto Rs. 30, 000/-. Following that, the organization's permanent employee's salary terms and bonuses will apply.

If somebody has more experience or higher qualifications, we may consider paying a higher stipend after three months if their performance and contribution to the office are more or equal to that of young architects or engineers who are regular employees.

Graphic Designer

The candidate should have a passion for, and be eager to experiment with creating graphic content for our diverse projects.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduates in Art, Photography, Graphic Design or other related fields & solid knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube

  • Passion for Art, Design, Architecture, and content creation.

  • Thorough knowledge at Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and print production.

  • The portfolio with the recent works mentioned (below 10 MB) has to be attached along with the resume.

Content Editors

We seek young, creative, and skilled content writers.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduates having a degree in English, journalism, or related fields, with a strong interest in Art, Architecture, Design, History, and the Social Sciences.

  • Excellent written English

  • Good Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word), working knowledge in Adobe InDesign are preferred, but not essential.

  • Keen interest and skills in research and critical analysis.

Two of the best and recent samples of writing (under 500 words), if possible related to the fields of Art/Design/Architecture, are to be attached.


Portfolio of the individual works and group works (with proper acknowledgment of the role) is to be attached. Competition works and Internship works are to be avoided.


A write-up on what you think of sustainability and the key issues relating to it that you care about (Minimum 500 words and Maximum 1000 words) should be sent to us along with the CV.
