Roopesh residence is an elegant contemporary design with minimal decorative interventions in the facade and interiors. The front elevation is modest and the iteration in the pergola adds an interesting element to it. A spacious car parking, formal living room, and guest bedroom are present on the ground floor, while the other private areas are given on the floors above it. The family living and bedroom on the first floor are connected via a courtyard. A dedicated play area for the children proved to be quite handy during the lockdown as it became a hang-out spot for the family to bond.
